This dataset contains targeted SNP assay genotypes at 75 coding-gene SNPs for 113 European eels (Anguilla anguilla) at the silver eel (migrating adult) stage, from Ireland, Spain and Iceland. The temporal coverage is the year of the funding grant application (2009); the sampling dates are not published.
