This dataset contains genotyping-by-sequencing genotypes at 1 044 SNP loci for 382 adult females of Glypta fumiferanae (Hymenoptera: Ichneumonidae), a larval parasitoid of the spruce budworm, reared from budworm larvae collected in 2014 within and around outbreak areas in Quebec (Canada).
