Description
This dataset contains genotyping-by-sequencing genotypes at 285 provenance-diagnostic SNPs for 1 156 spongy moths (Lymantria dispar) from across the species range, from North America to Japan. All individuals are males with a recorded age of 1 month. DNA was extracted from legs.
