Description
This dataset contains SNP chip genotypes at 445 SNPs for 312 haploid megagametophytes of Norway spruce (Picea abies) trees from northern and central Europe, plus a Brewer spruce (Picea breweriana) outgroup. The temporal coverage is the year of the funding grant application (2007); the sampling dates are not published.
