Description
This dataset contains targeted SNP assay genotypes at 36 SNPs from 28 gene regions, diagnostic of eight poplar species (P. angustifolia, P. balsamifera, P. deltoides, P. fremontii, P. laurifolia, P. maximowiczii, P. nigra, P. trichocarpa), for 448 reference specimens of 14 poplar species (Populus). The temporal coverage is the publication year of the source article (2013); the sampling dates are not published.
