This dataset contains SNP chip genotypes at 32 679 SNPs designed for black cottonwood (Populus trichocarpa) for 72 accessions from North America: wild P. trichocarpa trees and accessions of other Populus species and of Salix sitchensis. The temporal coverage is the publication year of the source article (2013); the sampling dates are not published.
